Elon Musk's companies are about to make up nearly 7% of the Nasdaq 100.
Starting this Monday, SpaceX's weighting in the index more than doubles, from about 1.3% to about 2.8%.
Tesla already sits at nearly 4%. Combined, that's nearly 7% of the whole Nasdaq 100.
12 members of Congress hold $TSLA
8 members hold $SPCX
President Donald Trump holds both companies.
