Went for routine blood work after going hard at the gym. The next day, my doctor called about elevated "CK" (creatine kinase) levels!
Turns out creatine kinase can spike after a hardcore workout. Muscle stress and damage can show up in your blood work. Worth mentioning that gym session to your doctor. 😏
