I'm not surprised at the idea of building a backend CRM, membership management, maybe even shift scheduling and a basic app for members to purchase/cancel memberships. But you took it so far! When you were writing the support feature, image editor, newsletter, content features did you ever think maybe you went to far and should've just stopped at the core functionality? How are you able to handle all the bugs, stability, and everything that comes from having this many features? How do you even find time for any of this?
