A chartered flight carrying 111 Chinese rescuers and 4 search dogs landed at Shigatse Airport, Tibet this morning, heading to the Gyirong Port debris-flow zone. Every rescuer carries a ~20 kg backpack of gear, and they'll move through thin mountain air.
