It is an open orderbook and execution price is FCFS best attempt by a keeper. 2. Charter auctions begin. There will be 1 charter auctioned at the same cadence as the branch auctions. The first charter auction starts at 5.5 ETH and will open at 3x clearing price for the following auctions. All changes have gone through a security review.
