Old design process: low fidelity wireframe -> high fidelity mockup -> Figma handoff -> engineering builds it -> 3 rounds of revisions
Now: describe it to Claude -> interactive prototype in minutes -> only polish what works.
We used to spend a week designing something before knowing if the flow even made sense. Now we know in minutes.
