Pre AI, for indiehackers it was best to focus on niche ideas.
I just saw Squad and it's a "big idea", the type that would usually be tackled by a VC funded company.
It's all changed. With AI, indies can tackle big ideas.
Not clear what advantage funding gets you in 2026.
