#徐秦# 被扣四年养老金，起诉高邮市政府和社保中心，案件将于5月21日上午 9:30 在扬州市江都区法院开庭。徐秦，中国人权观察前秘书长、玫瑰团队成员； 2024年3月29日，被以煽颠罪判刑4年； 2025年7月11日，刑满出狱，仍被当局严密监控； 2025年9月，被社保局人员告知，将逐月扣除服刑四年期间养老金。
