I assume the judge in the case knows about TALE: Trumpers Always Lie about Everything.
SSA is telling a court that the DOGE team members at the agency are gone, and it's not going to bring any DOGE back (even though Trump's executive order established DOGE teams at agencies until July). It's seeking to dismiss a lawsuit over the access DOGE had to its data.
