One reason its harder to buy and sometimes even harder to merely lease fields/pastures that are extremely rugged/marginal and inaccesible even by the local standards is cause of all these goddamn hunters and other "recreational" landowners. They won't accept any amount of cash to have to look at/work with another person, all to themselves
