Grateful for my first mentor in the workplace.
He brought over 25 years of experience in software.
His advice has never left me:
Always keep yourself sharp.
Leave meetings that have no value.
Dedicate yourself to your craft.
He knew in the first five minutes if someone would thrive in this industry.
I took it to heart. Now I am at xAI building the best model in the world and focused on imparting that same knowledge to the new generation.
