The more and more I sit here & study the charts on the S&P 500..
The more I see that scares the shit out of me & makes me feel bad for those new to trading this year.
Big opportunities.. if you’re on the right side of the move that is.
In midterm election years since 1930, the S&P 500’s median maximum drawdown during the calendar year is roughly 17% and the average is about 19%.
That lines up with the model that I have been tracking.
Given my weekly signals are now bearish, monthly signals are pointing straight down, is a major warning sign that this model may just come to fruition.
This model is calling for a 18% drop on $SPY in the next 4 months.
