伟大的 spoofing！这本质上是 韩国股市分割的流动性以及盘前交易里卖家的 fat finger（挂错了卖单的价格） 学习了一下棒子的盘前交易规则： 1️⃣NXT 是什么？ NXT（Nextrade）是韩国在 KRX（韩国交易所）之外建立的第一家另类交易系统 ATS。部分 KOSPI、KOSDAQ 股票可以同时在 KRX 和 NXT 交易。 2️⃣NXT 的规则和时间？ 08:00–08:50，NXT 连续竞价 08:30–09:00KRX；KRX 开盘集合竞价；08:50 后 NXT 暂停 3️⃣KRX 的正常开盘采用集合竞价： 先在一段时间内收集大量买卖订单，再计算一个能够实现最大成交量的开盘价。 NXT 盘前使用的是连续竞价/接续交易：买价 ≥ 卖价就立刻成交； 4️⃣ NXT 没有脱离韩国股票的涨跌停限制。其价格上下限以 KRX 前一交易日收盘价为基准，限制约为 ±30%。 SK 海力士前一日 KRX 收盘价约为1,816,000 won 理论跌停价为 1,816,000*0.7 = 1,271,200 won 再根据韩国股票的最小报价单位进行调整，约为1,272,000 won 5️⃣复盘大概发生了什么 NXT 的盘前交易，盘口深度非常差，以至于 bid 非常低，接近交易范围下限。而有一位卖家 故意的 or 不小心的 碰上这个时机，挂了比127w 韩元更低的限价单。最后直接按照接近跌停的合法最低价格成交。 600 美金撬动了几亿美金 perp stock 的杠杆。不管是 fat finger 还是有意为之，这实在太伟大了。

Good morning Crypto Twitter Thank you to all of the supportive DMs and the constructive feedback on the timeline. It's been an intense night after the last TokenWorks tweet. That being said, this is what I signed up for when I decided to build in crypto. Building a fully onchain protocol is an extremely difficult task, and even harder to do-so with a live token from day one. I've tried my best to plan things out weeks from today and follow them to a tee but you don't know how things are going to play out. I've been extremely transparent about the mechanisms and plans since day one. Every variable that can be changed is published with its range, as well as the plan to redirect future fees to buybacks after the emission period. Getting the FWA token in the hands of participants and believers of the product has always been the goal for the first two week period. If you don't like the token launch, there are thousands of products out there with points programs that I'm sure will TGE perfectly. If you don't like the product itself, I totally understand too. If you're part of the cryptoart side of my twitter that views me as evil for trying to build something cool for NFTs, we can amicably part ways here. I personally find a fully onchain financialized system to be a work of art, especially here on Ethereum. I'm not going to respond to all of the various dunks and takes i've seen across the timeline as there are too many. One thing I will respond to is questions of my long-term alignment. TokenWorks has historically launched an idea once a month for over a year. When a specific idea takes off, we run with it (PunkStrategy was our main focus for 4 months). Had we not kept iterating, FWA would not exist. TokenWorks has a huge financial incentive to continue working on FWA. As of this tweet, 1735Ξ has been earned as protocol revenue, with 1093Ξ going to TokenWorks (63%) and the remainder going to S02 holders (30%) and Teto (7%). Past performance is not indicative of future success, I don't know what will happen in the future but I do know we'll keep working on FWA and adding new ideas/mechanisms as long as we can. Since we'll be redirecting 80% of future protocol fees to buybacks of the token, it makes sense for TokenWorks to hold as much of the token as possible. I said yesterday that we would use 10% of revenue to buy the token as a team reserve, but after the discussions overnight will be raising it to 30% of the funds earned by TokenWorks thus far (327Ξ). A contract will be deployed today to autonomously handle these buybacks over the next 30 days. These tokens may be used in the distant future for mechanisms, sold, or burned. There is no way to please everyone. Thank you to those who have responded critically, but with a level head. If you jumped at my neck at the first mistake I don't think this protocol or TokenWorks is for you, because there will be many more. The Token Works

Thank you all for participating in the initial launch period of Fake World Assets. We believe that preventing external buys created a healthier protocol, as only participants were able to acquire the token as it matured. Now that the token has distributed to participants over two weeks, external buys will be enabled on August 4th at 3pm EST. In addition, we'll be routing 50% of future protocol fees that previously were going to TokenWorks to the buyback mechanism as stated in the docs. The tokens from buybacks will be distributed in three ways: 70% to purchasers, 10% to depositors, and 20% burned. We believe this will help bring the protocol into a sustainable, long-term equilibrium. We'll also lower the additional fee on top of each purchase from 5% to 2.5% and increase the depositor bid from 85% to 90%. From 9am to 12pm EST on Tuesday we'll be disabling purchases to allow depositors to withdraw across time zones ahead of these changes. All of these percentages will be continued to be tweaked as necessary for the health of the protocol. Thank you for helping us make Ethereum fun again.
