3 years ago, ChatGPT had only been released a few months earlier, and for the first time, you could talk to AI and hold conversations with it. 3 years later, AI is immensely useful. It can do hour long tasks, help automate repetitive workflows, handle economically useful work on its own, and assist you with almost anything. 3 years from now, AGI will be here, and we’ll finally be able to go outside and play.

After 3+ years, I’m stepping away from Binance in June to focus on some personal priorities. From 150M users to 317M+ users and growing . It's been an incredible ride. Grateful to the inspirational @heyibinance , @_RichardTeng and my amazing team for trusting me to to play a small role in building one of the world’s most ambitious brands. But none of it happens without the most incredible community in crypto. I’ve been lucky to meet so many of you across markets all over the world. You challenged us, supported us, celebrated with us, and helped shape what Binance became. Proud to be a forever Binancian. Tired but very grateful. Taking time to reset before what’s next 💛

Thank you BYU for the last 3 years, but I have entered the transfer portal with 1 year of eligibility. L/L CF 808-740-5126
For the last 3 years, I've been building @planepowers across geographies, constantly moving between Hyderabad and London. Today, Plane supports teams across aerospace, financial institutions, automobiles, retail, defense and large enterprises, helping millions of people move work forward inside their organizations. With that scale comes something heavier than growth. Responsibility. When your systems sit at the core of how organizations operate, you don't just ship features. You carry the weight of their progress. Over the last year, one thing became clear: A large part of that responsibility sits in the US. And I wasn't close enough. At the same time, the way Plane is being adopted is changing. Fast. Larger deployments. Deeper integrations. A shift toward agent-driven capabilities across the stack. The conversations are different now. The expectations are higher. The surface area is expanding faster than any of us anticipated. This phase demands proximity. To customers. To operators. To builders shaping how these systems evolve in real time. We're building Plane to be the coordinate system for how serious companies run their work, with humans and agents on the same plane. > One place where every team, every project, every outcome is plotted together. That mission belongs closest to the people we serve. So I made a decision. I've moved to San Francisco. Permanently. Not as an experiment, but as a commitment to be closer to the people who trust Plane to run their mission-critical systems, and to build the next phase of the company with more clarity, speed, and depth. The gap between idea and execution is collapsing. I want @planepowers to move at that speed. We're building from the US now: hosting gatherings, going deep with teams operating at the edge, and meeting the people defining what comes next. If you're one of them, I'd love to meet. P.S. A few frames of SF from my last few weeks. There's something about this city that makes you want to build. Couldn't capture the Karl yet!

For almost 3 years now, since CitriniResearch’s first AI Infrastructure article in May 2023, we’ve published our Dynamic AI portfolio. It’s our longest running actively managed portfolio and just crossed +400% since inception. We have attempted to stay ahead of rotations within AI - everything from GPUs to optics to memory to power and more. Through every drawdown and rip of the majority of this cycle, our AI allocation has been transparently open for our subscribers. It’s one thing to write research, it’s another thing entirely to publish a collection of positions based on that research. At this point, we’ve written about 20 articles related to AI and it’s sub-themes - each one has has trades, some of which I certainly wish I’d held longer, some I wish I hadn’t put on and some I’m quite proud of. Funnily enough, the biggest single winner by contribution rate remains when we went short with 50% of the portfolio on SMH leading into the “DeepSeek” moment and covered in April. Another amusing thing, I’ve been covering the AI infrastructure trade for more than a thousand days now and I don’t think a single one of them has gone by without someone calling it a bubble. 3 years is a long time to trade a single theme, but every time that I think I’ve seen all this trend has to offer, it surprises me with something new. Curious what the next thing will be, and hopeful we’ll be ahead of it.

My most viewed social media post with 13.2 million views is this video of me feeding my chickens beef meat scraps 😂 I posted it 3 years ago to demonstrate that chickens are not vegetarians (Non-vegetarian fed eggs ™️) since many labels at the store use “vegetarian fed, which really just means the livestock were raised in large barns eating corn and soy.
