That’s exactly why I introduced the Homeownership Eligibility Reform Act. My bill helps fix what Biden broke, and makes sure it can never happen again. It restricts taxpayer-backed mortgages through FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac to U.S. citizens only, locked permanently into statute. An administrative action can be reversed on day one.
