People in Jiaokou, a village in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, make glutinous rice dumplings on Wednesday, ahead of Tomb Sweeping Day, which falls on Tuesday. The #dumplings#, also known as #qingtuan#, are a traditional #Chinesefood# made of glutinous rice mixed with mugwort.

It’s very interesting… I said to one of my Generals that in our beautiful USA we eat Chinese food maybe once a week and are told it’s not healthy. In China, they eat Chinese food almost every day! They seem very healthy! My General said, “Sir, you’re very smart!” He’s right.

I would move to Beijing. It’s my type of city. It’s busy, lots of great real estate. I don’t know if I can do the food though. They don’t have authentic Chinese food like Panda Express or Benihanas.
