We have joined the MIB ESG Index, the blue-chip index for Italy dedicated to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) best practices, operated by Borsa Italiana, part of the Euronext Group. Our inclusion in the MIB ESG Index follows the index’s quarterly review and will be implemented after markets close on March 20, 2026, becoming effective from March 23. The MIB ESG Index combines the measurement of economic performance with ESG assessments in line with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, thus recognizing the value of a responsible development model focused on creating long-term value for all stakeholders.
