I talked to a 21-year-old today whose ads acquire a client for $700. That client pays him $4,000/month. Average LTV: $16,000. He was afraid to spend more money on ads. If he had spent $100K at the same CAC: 143 clients. $2.29M in lifetime revenue. He wasn’t afraid to lose $100K. He was afraid to make $2.2M.
