Stop copy-pasting between Claude and Google Docs. Claude now works inside Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Here's how to set it up: Step 1. Get a pro Claude plan. Step 2. Go to the Google Workspace Marketplace. Step 3. Search "Claude." Step 4. Click Install. Choose your Google account. Step 5. Reload the file you already have open. Step 6. Go to any file in your Google Doc. Step 7. Click on 'Extensions' (top bar) → Claude. Step 8. Sign in with your Claude account. Step 9. Claude even suggest you the use cases. It will install in all three apps (Google Docs, Sheets & Slides) In case your work laptop doesn't allow it. Message your Google Workspace admin to add Claude to the allowlist (this is the only step you can take). Before trying it out, read these 3 things: → Turn on "Ask before edits" to approve changes. → Select a specific text, cells, or a slide first in the file and then prompt. Claude works on exactly that. → You'd be able to see all the edits in 'Version history' under your name. So you always have control and can undo edits. Now, try these prompts to get a taste of what Claude can do inside Google Workspace: ✦ In Google Docs. For your contracts before you sign anything: "I'm the [freelancer / tenant / employee] signing this. Go clause by clause. Flag anything that could cost me money, restrict me after this ends, or let the other side change terms. For each: quote the clause, explain it in plain English, and tell me what to ask them to change." → Follow up: "List every term in this contract that's used but never defined." ✦ In Google Docs. Before your boss reads a doc: "Read this as a skeptical executive. What 3 questions will they ask that this doc doesn't answer?" ✦ In Google Sheets. When you go through someone else's spreadsheet: "Explain how the total in H42 is calculated. Step by step. Flag anything hardcoded." → Follow up: "Find why the VLOOKUP on the Summary tab returns # N/A. Fix it." ✦ In Google Sheets. Before you share any high stake sheet: "Check for broken formulas, inconsistent ranges, and totals that don't add up." ✦ In Google Slides. The wall-of-text slide: "Slide 7 is a wall of text. Split it into two slides. Keep the deck's styling." ✦ In Google Slides. The night before presenting: "Rewrite every title as a takeaway, not a topic. Under 8 words. Then flag any text running off a slide." What Claude can't do yet: > It only sees the opened file. Connect Google Drive to give it more. > It can't read comments in Docs (yet). > Close the sidebar and it stops mid-task. > It won't work in Firefox. Use Chrome, Edge or Safari. > It makes charts in Slides (they are images). They won't update with your data. > Word, Excel or PowerPoint file? File → Save as Google Docs first.

NASTYYYYYYY @aandijackson fires off the tape for an ACE to make it a 5-0 run for Big Red! 🖐
Nasty out there. Chillin with a lot of cash and Vicor and other positions are all too small to bother me. Earnings next tuesday premarket for $VICR. I think the details on that license will be telling. If its over $20m a quarter going forward, Vicor should fly IMHO. There's a chance a lot of the first payment is retroactive/catchup payments, but I'm leaning towards this one being much larger than the one in signed in May. That license was $5m a quarter in year 1 and $10m a quarter in year 2. This latest one caused them to increase guidance by 20% more than the original 10% they guided for on the last call, roughly $28m over the original 10% sequential increase. Other details I want to hear about: -Timing to get fab1 to 1.5b run rate, they said its still on track for roughly 800m run rate by year end (implying 66m in december)-but they are going to get it up to "at least 1.5b" by putting some of the simpler steps in an adjacent building and buying a new 3d interconnect line. Whenever they use the term "at least," as evidenced by that first guidance update, you know theres room for upside-that upside could come from alternate sourcing some lower margin products and making room for more VPD at fab1, the operating leverage that would bring if thats how it goes is huge. -Fab 2(and more), they bought an existing building and land for a lot more fabs. Curious if they think they can get that fab up and running by end of 27/early 28. Would be extremely bullish if so as that is when gen2 VPD ramps are happening. -Gen2 VPD is now being sampled/qualified at select/key customers, commentary/feedback from those customers will be great to hear. I do not think they'll comment much on the new lawsuits, other than maybe implying the latest license for VPD for a Leading AI OEM may have come from the strength of their case. Macro is ugly, I'm not bullish on tech/semis just yet. I do think Vicor is on track to becoming a "mini ARM" for power delivery at the point of load. Willing to say in even if it drops to 160 again and just buy more assuming no bad news.
