UNREAL: A New Jersey school district athletic director was caught on camera peering into a young girl’s bedroom window!! Winfield “Tripp” Becker, the athletic director for Hopewell Valley Regional School District, was identified in surveillance footage outside a home in Plumstead Township, Pennsylvania. Police say the video shows him looking into the bedroom of a young girl around 10:40 p.m. on August 6. The family had installed cameras after previous incidents of someone knocking on the window and running away. Becker was charged with loitering and prowling at night and harassment. The school district placed him on leave and notified parents that the incident occurred outside district borders and involved no students. He is scheduled to appear in court next month. Seems to us that the school is more concerned with protecting itself than protecting kids.... #NJSchools# #ProtectKids#

BAKED GOODS OR A WARNING SIGN?? Friendly neighbor, or already past the line? A New Jersey woman says the older man next door started with desserts after she moved in, then worked up to ringing the doorbell four times a week, pounding for ten minutes when she didn't answer, peering in her front window, and cutting through another yard to find her in her pajamas having coffee. She's putting up a fence. Cookies are kind. Watching somebody through a window after they didn't answer the door is not kind. That's a boundary problem with a sugar coating. I'd rather look "rude" for texting "can't talk, in a meeting" than train my kids that persistence always earns access. Friendly has a stop sign. Use it.
