BREAKING: SpaceX secures another major Starship deal. Exolaunch has booked a 2029 Starfall mission on Starship to carry pharma, biotech and advanced-material research into microgravity and safely back to Earth. The Starship era is getting closer with every new deal.

BREAKING: Redwire's SpaceMD has announced its first commercial mission aboard SpaceX's Starfall spacecraft. The mission aims to accelerate pharmaceutical development and microgravity manufacturing in space. • Launch planned for 2028. • SpaceMD will fly 32 PIL-BOXes—the largest dedicated commercial microgravity research mission ever flown. • The mission will support pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other in-space manufacturing research. "Space-based pharmaceutical development is reaching an inflection point," said SpaceMD CEO John Vellinger, highlighting the combination of Redwire's flight-proven microgravity payloads with SpaceX's transportation capabilities to expand research capacity and accelerate the development of life-changing therapies.

This morning, @SpaceX deployed their new spacecraft called Starfall for the first time. The disk-shaped reentry vehicle designed for returning payloads from low orbit (or suborbital flights) to Earth. • About 10 feet in diameter, 2.5 feet tall. • Aluminum and Carbon Fiber Construction • Up to 2,200 lb payload capacity • Parachute system for splashdown in the ocean • Compatible on Falcon 9 (and starship I think?) SpaceX can use Starfall for rapid, cost-effective return of high-value payloads from orbit, etc.
