So thank you for sharing! 2) @gabepereyra seems like an animal and I think, indirectly, gives one of the strongest arguments for why the vertical layer is set to exceed the horizontal layer in many domains, by effectively operating a Moneyball approach building on the frontier ecosystem (SOTA models, open weight models, but also post-training, eval architecture, etc). And how deploying AI agents to do things like create vertical eval loops is accelerating what a smaller vertical lab can do. Proof will be in the pudding, as they say, but it has been hard for vertical AI to keep up with the constantly improving pre-train bar from horizontal AI. It feels like we are nearing an acceleration moment across domains where the pre-training / generalization thesis hits a wall and the post-training & “Moneball” approach on horizontal AI ecosystem starts to actually solve real commercial problems in domains like law & finance. Exciting times.

President Trump is now calling the AI safety concerns that were voiced by big tech CEOs this weekend a “hoax.” He has voiced his opposition to AI safety concerns five times now since Saturday. This marks the biggest divergence yet between the White House and the leaders building frontier AI. The reality is that we are now in an AI arms race. Without an international agreement, compliance with which would arguably be nearly impossible to regulate, no one has an incentive to slow down. If one party slows down, but the other doesn’t, the former will be left in the dust. The question now becomes, will big tech CEOs go against Trump on this? If so, it will have market-moving implications. This is the era of disruption.

positions in new coins, and plans right now: i've seen this period of the market play out four times now, in four different cycles, and it's the same pattern (see screenshot for this annotated on a chart). -BTC rips off the lows, a new meta cements itself -clear winners emerge, and many coins pump nonstop for a week+ -majors range for a while, while longer term moving averages catch up -coins stop pumping 50% a day, and people's dopamine receptors are too fried to contextualize that majors need to go sideways for a bit, and the liquidity brakes are on momentarily -*(WE'RE HERE) instead of putting coins going sideways (or down 20-30%) into context of majors being rangebound (or also cooling slightly), they rotate into opportunistic scams, traps, and froth that occurs during this period of time. "there must be something wrong with my ideas about these bags!" -majors put in a leg higher (ie BTC pumps 5k on a good data release, whatever), and all the coins they were previously in hours-days ago rip 300% in a straight line tale as old as time not every single one of these will "make it" in terms of riding it all the way to the end of the bull run ~1 year+ from now, but this is the basket of "new stuff" i have right now, and feel pretty good about: new lindy launchpads that have great buyback/burns, and feel established: -stonk -pons new memefi/pair coins: -zcat (first consensus meme on the tl i've seen in years) -nudes -fatcoin -boner -spacehood -moo -ligma -knots (nanocap gamble. doesn't seem like a rug so far, unless the team is playing the long game and doing a really sophisticated one) on BTC's next leg up (to probably at least 84k, i'd imagine, with eth to 2700-2800, sol to probably 120), going to monitor these - if, on that move up, one of them is severely lagging, i'll probably look at cutting. right now, while btc is sideways/down, there's nearly zero signal if there's any coin you think i'm severely missing, let me know. as always, feel free to join or follow me on fomo, where i buy/post about new ones in real time in my 1k-100k challenge wallet

$ETH seems to not be getting the attention it deserves. The recent pump marked a trend reversal back to bullish, after being bearish for almost a year. Ethereum got rejected by the 50-day MA multiple times. Now that things have been flipped, it acts as support. Don't sleep on ETH.
