Today, I completely broke down and cried uncontrollably. I’ve been feeling emotionally drained because of insomnia and chronic stress. But it only took one sentence from my best friend to make all my emotions come pouring out. She said, “Boa, whenever you’re carrying something heavy, you can always vent to me. Bring all your emotional trash to me. To me, it’s not trash.” At that moment, I realized how lucky I am to have a friend who always supports me. Sometimes I just overthink things. I don’t want to burden anyone because I grew up believing I always had to be strong. I forgot that it’s okay to be vulnerable sometimes. After all, we’re only human. We have feelings too. 🥹♥️🌻✨
