ALERT: Man with parkinsons screams at a woman for driving into his lawn during a storm that flooded the street. During tornadoes and heavy rainfall throughout Southwest Michigan, a woman drove her car onto the sidewalks and through lawns to avoid flooded streets. One homeowner, who doesn't want to be identified, says he believed his sprinkler system would have been damaged and ran out to stop the woman. "I have Parkinson’s disease," the homeowner said. "When I get upset, I start shaking, hard to concentrate and communicating with people. I get agitated easily, and it’s all part of the disease, and her driving down the sidewalk like that did not help the situation."
