How I Grow Better With YouSpot: Episode 2 If you've been following along at home, I'm building (along with an awesome team), YouSpot. It's an AI-native Solo CRM for 1 person companies. I'm building the product for myself (I'm Customer Zero) so will be sharing how I use the product for my actual work. YouSpot supports the idea of "Tracker Agents". These are cloud agents that run that will track certain things for you. For example, here's one I use: "Find tweets that mention @dharmesh and have 5 or more likes." Note: You can search for any combination of terms, and apply any kind of filters. I could have said "...that have a positive comment about HubSpot". It's natural language, powered by AI. You could search for industry terms to find trending tweets in your industry. You could track when someone tweets about one of your competitors. You get the idea. Now, here's the really cool thing: As your tracker agent finds things, it automatically adds them to your Second Brain. So, in the future, that context is available in the YouSpot Chat app (or via MCP in ChatGPT or Claude). If you're already using YouSpot, try it out. Just add a "Tracker" type object in your Second Brain. If you're not a YouSpot user yet, you should try it out. It's just $10/month (cancel anytime). Just go to YouSpot .com Let me know what you think or ideas for other trackers you'd like to see. Thanks for your support.

How I Grow Better With AI Personal YouSpot Example: Episode 1. Here's one of the ways the new YouSpot product (from HubSpot Next) helps me with my domain name purchases. I have a YouSpot cloud agent setup that has *exactly* this configuration (stated in natural language): "Check my last domain related emails to/from GoDaddy. Extract the domain names discussed and add them as domain name objects to second brain. Retrieve the estimated domain value using the built-in tool and store that in the object. Send me an email with which ones you added and their estimated value." And this results in a daily email that looks like the screenshot shown. Life changing for me. One accidental benefit. When I get the annual "renewal" email from GoDaddy(and other registrars) , the agent picks up that email, gets the estimated value from DomainValue .com (app that's also part of YouSpot) and adds it to. my database. Result: An automatically updated database of all of my domain names with an estimated value so I have a sense of the total value of my portfolio. Something I *never* had the time to maintain before now happens automagically. A related, even bigger benefit: If I am in the midst of negotiations of a domain name that I've made an offer on, but the ball got dropped, it'll show up in my daily update email with an analysis of the negotiations and advice on whether I should make a counter-offer or send a nudge to the seller. You can sign-up for YouSpot right now for $1/month (100 credits) to try it out. Visit YouSpot .com. #youspot# #hubspot#

I'm trying to make contact with the current owner of the @youspot account on X/twitter. It's a dormant account and would love to use it for the app. Anyone have any ideas? Will pick something else for now.

Woo hoo! Thrilled to announce YouSpot, the AI-native Solo CRM from HubSpot Next. tl;dr: YouSpot is a CRM built for one-person companies. It builds a "second brain" from your business context and remembers the things you might otherwise miss. We’re launching with an intro price of $1/month for the first 1,000 customers (154 slots already taken). Sign up at YouSpot .com (yes, I'm still paranoid about embedding links in posts even though that's not supposed to matter now). — I’ve thought about this multiple times over the years, and even came close to kicking off a project, but the timing wasn’t right, and the technology wasn’t ready. Now, the timing is perfect and AI actually works. YouSpot is a CRM you don’t have to maintain. It's built exclusively for 1 person companies. Solopreneurs, consultants, speakers, writers, creators, etc. It's *not* for GTM teams (I recommend HubSpot). It's also *not* for consumers. It's for operators running a 1 person business. You connect Gmail, Google Calendar, LinkedIn, X/Twitter and the other tools you already use. YouSpot builds the context for you - who you know, what you’ve talked about, what might need a follow-up, and which opportunities may deserve your attention. It can surface the relationships, follow-ups, and opportunities that matter instead of waiting for you to remember to update a record or create a task. Here’s what you need to know: 1. YouSpot is part of HubSpot Next, an innovation group inside HubSpot (the #1# agentic customer platform with over 300,000 customers [NYSE:HUBS]). 2. It’s built specifically for the solo market. If your business has a GTM team, even a small one - go with HubSpot. If you’re a 1-person team looking for something more powerful than Claude + a spreadsheet but less weighty than a full CRM, check out YouSpot. 3. YouSpot is truly AI-native. Under the hood, it’s actually implemented as an AI harness with CRM tools inside. You use it like ChatGPT or Claude, but it has structured customer context and tools that let it do much more than just answer questions and respond to prompts. 4. It builds itself from the tools you already use. No spending Sunday night updating the CRM. 5. It doesn’t just store your context. It uses that context to help you figure out what deserves your attention. 6. You can chat with your second brain inside YouSpot – or you can use the robust MCP connector and connect it to ChatGPT, Claude or any AI app that supports MCP. 7. YouSpot supports cloud agents, inspired by OpenClaw. These are “always working” agents that have access to your second brain and can do things on your behalf. You define what you want your agent to do in natural language. 8. The pricing is Pay-As-You-Go. No big commitment. Introductory price of $1/month (that’s as low as I could make it and still let people put it on a credit card). The product is still early. I built it for myself (outside of HubSpot, I have a small LLC that I use for my indie startup investments and hobbyist domain name investments). If you’re a solopreneur, would love to learn how you keep track of the people, follow-ups and opportunities that matter today. And as I like to do, I”m building this in public. I’m making daily updates to the product. Responding to questions and feedback as fast and furious as I can. This has been an amazingly fun product to work on. I’m up late night till 2am every night. Thanks for your interest and support. All replies read. Even ones from bots and agents.

Do you love @meetgranola for taking meeting notes? Me too! That's why I've spent this weekend building Granola integration into @YouSpotHub. Now, you can grab your Granola personal API key and just paste it into YouSpot. Then, the magic commences. YouSpot will sync your notes, extract entities (like company mentions) from those notes. Link everything together in the context graph and put it all in your Second Brain. Then, you have access to it via chat, MCP and cloud agents. Oh and your daily brief emails will get smarter by factoring in your meeting notes. YouSpot is the AI-native Solo CRM built specifically for one person companies. If you're operating a one person company, running a solo side gig or are a creator building a personal brand, you should check it out. Just go to YouSpot .com -- it's just $10/month and there's a free version too. Thanks.

The day before I take the keynote stage at #UNBOUND# in Boston, my episode on the Marketing Against The Grain podcast dropped today. This was a fun conversation. We talk about the rise of the solopreneur (1 person companies) and YouSpot (the AI-native CRM for those solopreneurs). Let me know what you think or if you have any questions.

You’re standing at a restaurant about to place your order when you spot a roach casually crawling around right in front of you. Are you still ordering food, or are you turning around and walking straight out?
