AWS (one of our third-party vendors) is experiencing an outage, which is affecting Robinhood services. We’re aware of the issue and will share an update once resolved.
Financial scams are on the rise—stay safe. Be cautious with unsolicited contact. Verify links and sender email addresses, and if anything feels off, don't click. Contact support directly through your Robinhood app or report suspicious emails to reportphishing@robinhood.com.
Robinhood will never pressure you to act fast or share sensitive information over text or email. Here's one example of what a phishing scam can look like.
