So what’s next for Cerebro? Now that both the Launchpad and Merry Men have been pushed into beta, I think the first thing we need to do is thank the community that stayed with us and believed in the original vision: building an economy around inference. When we first laid out Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3, they were never supposed to be three random products. Phase 1 distributed inference. Phase 2 gave that inference a market. Phase 3 gave agents and applications a reason to actually consume it. Everything was built to eventually connect. Could we have moved faster in certain areas? Absolutely. But being first means very little if what you ship doesn’t work. We chose to spend more time getting the foundation right, even when that meant watching other projects move quickly around similar ideas. And I’m not going to pretend that was always easy to watch. When we started showing what we were building around the Launchpad, seeing $ORBIO later move in a very similar direction was frustrating. I’m not going to sit here and claim what happened behind closed doors or say where their idea came from, because I can’t prove that. But from our side, the timing hurt. When you’re a smaller project building something publicly, another project releasing a similar concept can take the attention away almost overnight. Suddenly something you’ve spent the last two weeks building and pushing toward doesn’t feel new anymore to people watching from the outside. For a while, it genuinely felt like we got punched in the face for showing our hand early. But maybe that’s part of building in public. We could sit around arguing about who thought of what first, but that doesn’t move Cerebro forward. The only answer is to keep shipping and make what we’re building impossible to confuse with anyone else. The Launchpad is in beta. Merry Men is in beta. The three phases are connected. Inference is being distributed, traded and consumed. The economy around inference that we talked about from the beginning is no longer just something sitting on a roadmap. And we’re not stopping here. More features on the Launchpad will start being unlocked very soon. Merry Men will continue receiving updates as well, with more of its privacy features being opened up piece by piece. Both are still in beta for a reason. We’ll keep testing, improving and adding what we’ve been working on until both are ready to come out of beta. There’s still a lot we haven’t shown yet.
