Cipher has received initial feedback from its transmission service providers resulting in 3.2 GW of Batch Zero conditional classifications. We are working with our TSPs to review site-specific conditional designations within Batch Zero and will provide further details next week.
We remain fully supportive of Governor Abbott's push for transparency and accountability in Texas data center growth and look forward to complying with the comprehensive attestation audit and showing our commitment to the communities in which we operate.
