The F-86 Sabre and F-18 Hornet were only 34 years apart.
Both were a great pleasure and privilege to fly. So responsive and cutting edge in technology. Freedom in 3 dimensions.
But given the choice, I'd fly the Spitfire. Such a beautiful pilot's machine.
