What it does is acknowledge that everyone else, women included, possess rights that deserve full respect. Women campaigned long and hard to secure those rights and they are not yours to hand over! Crafting and upholding legislation forms a central part of your role. Nevertheless, you continue to insist the law states things it does not, despite the fact that it's straightforward to consult. The TRAs supplying your talking points must be overjoyed that you never take the time to verify them. "Trans" is NOT a protected characteristic under UK law precisely because it cannot be defined, observed or measured in any objective way. It is an invented category that rests entirely on the intensity of gender related feelings and behaviours, without any underlying biological or verifiable foundation. To summarise, in the absence of a clear, testable criterion, the concept of "trans" remains purely subjective. This Labour government are an absolute disgrace.
