hey, crypto “OG” here i’ve been lucky for sure, but it wasn’t all luck. not even close i sold all of my BTC during the 2015 bear at <$300 per coin, but learned something from it i avoided ICO scams in 2017 i avoided getting liquidated for almost all of my funds during the COVID dump (i knew many whose names you have forgotten i’ve dodged thousands of rugs since (though some i definitely did not) i’ve held coins through hell and high water when everyone here said they were dead and never coming back i’ve survived on the basis of having decent risk management practices and being too lazy to participate in the most obvious scams nothing about this journey has been easy i’ve probably aged at twice the normal rate and have seen more absurd shit than most people here could even imagine from people whose names you’ve never heard because no one remembers them anymore it’s been hard. it’s been weird. it’s been tiring. it’s been amazing. but it definitely hasn’t been easy
