TRUMP PREDICTS U.S.-CUBA DEAL, DOWNPLAYS MILITARY ACTION
President Trump said he expects the U.S. and Cuba to reach an agreement, adding that he does not believe military action will be necessary.
“I don’t think we’ll need the military,” Trump said, while arguing the U.S. wants to “open Cuba up”.
His comments come as Cuba faces severe economic pressure from fuel shortages, blackouts and a U.S. oil blockade.
