Sharon Gall, 32, from Northfield, was the driver of the red Volkswagen Golf. She had been involved in an altercation after being asked to leave the pub and then reversed at speed into another car, causing her vehicle to flip. A man standing nearby fell to the ground and the overturning car missed his head by inches. He was not injured. Gall was more than twice the legal drink-drive limit (171mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood). She was arrested at the scene. In September 2026 she pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and drink-driving at Birmingham Crown Court. She received a 15-month prison sentence suspended for two years, an 18-month driving ban, 25 days of rehabilitation activity, and a 90-day alcohol abstinence requirement. Pathetic!
