Pictures from the very first day I cosplayed NIKKE, to the latest! I started by cosplaying Johan in Nov 2023, back before anyone recognized my character, back when the game was young, when cosplay gatherings were in the single digits, and virtually no NIKKE art in artist alleys. The characters we know and love now were barely even developed yet, in comparison to the incredibly deep characters they’ve become today. I witnessed the cosplay community grow and thrive, and being a part of it for the past 2.5 years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, with so many good people in it that I’ve met along the way, all sharing in the same love for the game and its story. This was one of the best con weekends of my life (and I’ve been going to them for 20 years as of this past AX), and I spent it fanboying out for NIKKE, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I write this all just to say thank you. For all the positivity and support everyone has given me. If me cosplaying can make at least one person’s day brighter, or even give a tinniest bit of inspiration or motivation, it will be all worth it, and I will keep doing it.
