The number increased by more than 1.01 million, or 1 percent from the end of 2024, said the report released by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. The CPC had over 5.43 million primary-level organizations as of the end of 2025, up by 181,000, or 3.4 percent, from the end of 2024.
