High-NA EUV may allow for better DRAM and HBM efficiency. So far, Micron $MU has been relatively quiet when it comes to High-NA EUV, but at some point they may also slowly adopt the newest systems of $ASML. Note that China has no access to $ASML's EUV systems at all, so the push towards High-NA EUV systems seems logical to stay ahead of Chinese memory producers.
