While I think it's cliche this post does really evoke a particular fear of mine, namely that the 21st century world is one with no escape. There is no real unknown left and the "meta" for lack of a better word (positional good competition) is omnipresent.

It's interesting how AI is doing something similar to what outsourcing did in America for heavy industry but specifically for knowledge work. The super elite tier of graphic design/audio engineering is still there but the "guy needs muzak for a commercial" tier is gone.
