Drivers on I-84 in Boise captured the incident, and thankfully, medical personnel cleared the rider at the scene. Both riders were cited for reckless driving. The Idaho State Patrol posted a statement on Instagram saying, “Enjoy the remaining riding weather, but ride responsibly. Reckless driving puts everyone on the road at risk.”
