In Bitcoin, consensus is the moral high ground. I truly wish the BIP110 side would at least acknowledge that they are operating without it. It would make the communication much more effective and please understand that you are speaking to people who expect this axiomatically of you. I plea that you find some way to signal to us because you have acted like you have consensus from day 1 and all the world can show us is how absurdly unjustified that sense is - this is not the makings of a functional debate. Show us real hash power, or a futures market, or something that demonstrates real power - or else please understand that the debate is incredibly compromised atop the premise that you have any moral high ground - even if somehow you really do have it in your pocket - in which case stop pretending you want a constructive debate. We are not the same because one side appears to have overwhelming consensus and the other side rejects the notion that this is important.
