He may be a NET guy (no one is perfect), but this is the conversation now for MSI-H CRC.
Authors’ conclusion: The combination of FFX/bev plus atezo led to significantly longer PFS compared with atezo monotherapy in the first-line treatment of dMMR/MSI-H mCRC (which is misleading).
Correct conclusion: Atezolizumab led to inferior outcomes compared to FFX/bev plus atezo despite the well-established superiority of ICI over cytotoxic chemotherapy in MSI-H colorectal cancer, calling into question its role as the ICI of choice in this population.
