The kind of woman I need as a wife.
1. A woman who does not keep late nights. She must be home by 7pm at the latest. Any work that keeps her beyond 7pm would never be accepted. She'll quit.
2. A woman who is not a single mother. I have nothing against single mothers, but I will only marry a woman who has never given birth. I want us to experience that together for the first time.
3. A woman who will kneel to serve me ten times before she kneels for her pastor once.
4. A woman who believes in gender roles. I do not believe in equality. I believe in complementary roles. I provide, lead and protect. She supports, nurtures and submits.
5. A woman who dreads divorce. I do not want a woman who sees divorce as the easy way out. Any woman who plans to make money “in case of divorce” will never be my wife.
6. A religious but not overly religious woman. A Christian, to be precise.
7. A woman who likes sex and can ride, or at least one who is ready to learn.
8. A woman who enjoys cooking for her man. I do not want a woman who thinks the kitchen belongs to both of us. The kitchen is hers. I will only cook when she is sick, unavailable, or when I choose to.
9. A woman who knows how to manage money. One who is frugal. Even if she does not earn her own money, she must know how to stretch the resources I bring into the home.
10. I do not need a woman who loves me. My love for her is enough. I need her to respect me and adore me as her king. She must put me above her father, her mother and her pastor.
Most importantly: She must neither be a lawyer nor a feminist.
Above all, love God.
