Eligible holders do not need to submit a form to receive their migrated KITE tokens. If your KITE tokens are held on a centralized exchange, please wait for that exchange’s official announcement instead. Kite Foundation will review each request based on snapshot records, on-chain data, and proof of wallet ownership. Kite Foundation will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, 2FA code, or any migration fee.
