My BLADE pitch would have had Blade investigate a recent string of ritualistic murders that lead him to NYC. All evidence points to the return of an old foe, Dracula, but Blade knows that is impossible because he slayed the monster himself some 80 years ago. The investigation has him partnering with fellow vampire and vamp hunter Frank Drake, an expert on Dracula. They soon realize the murders aren't sacrifices; they're strategy. This leads them to partner with Black Knight, Moon Knight, Punisher, Luke Cage and Brother Voodoo, who each have interests in the murders. Now united against the zealot claiming to be Dracula, their hunt leads to Frank Drake and the Blood Coven, vampires transformed by super-soldier serum. Frank Drake, using ancient spells and relics, casts an endless night under a red blood moon in hopes not to resurrect Dracula but to become a new one. The movie also would have followed Blade's origin and significance dating back to the late 1800s.

Whole milk has had cream taken out of it. A cow gives milk at 3.5 to 5% fat. Whole milk in the carton is 3.25%. The FDA standard for milk says you can pull fat off to hit that number, and that's how it's done. All the milk in the case comes off one machine. Raw milk goes into a centrifuge. Fat is lighter than water, so the cream spins to the middle and the skim spins to the wall. Two pipes come off the separator, one cream and one skim. Everything after that is a mix. Skim plus a little cream is 1%, a little more is 2%, and 3.25% is whole. Half and half is 10.5% and heavy cream is 36%. The plant sets the ratio and fills the carton. There is no such thing as a 2% cow. It's whole milk with some of the cream pulled off, in a different carton at a different price. The cream that came off goes to the churn and comes back as butter.

Everyone romanticizes this scene as sweet domestic bliss, but it’s quietly the most tragic setup in the movie. Tony was the only Avenger who actually found peace during the Blip, he built a family, survived his trauma, and got out clean. Cap, Nat, and Scott showing up at his porch wasn’t just asking for help, it was essentially asking a retired man to put his offspring's and his own life on the line to fix a catastrophe caused by the team failing to listen to him years prior. He gave up everything so everyone else could get their lives back.
