TM Forum and Huawei, together with other global industry partners, have officially released the Agentic AI-Native BSS Guidebook (GB1082 v2.0.0) at DTW 2026. This guidebook sets the direction for the industry and provides operators with a clear, standards-based path to rewire BSS for an AI-native future. It enables operators to evolve from process-driven to intent-driven value operations.
