CHILD SEX PREDATOR Jesus Bailon-Rodriguez served prison time for LEWD/LASCIVIOUS ACTS WITH A CHILD UNDER 14.
He also served jail time for carrying a concealed blade, vandalism and robbery.
ICE removed him from the United States Aug 17.
