Elon Musk says the next Grok is coming in roughly 10 days from his Sept. 2 announcement, putting the target around Sept. 12. The rumored specs are wild: 2.1 TRILLION parameters, roughly 40% larger than Grok 4.6, with better token efficiency and additional training using massive amounts of SpaceX engineering data. Musk has even predicted it will “exceed all current models.”
If Grok 4.7 delivers anywhere close to the hype, the AI leaderboard may be about to get flipped upside down.
Saturday could be a very big day.
