Even if you think that a drug/"vitamin"/"supplement" (same thing alert) is exactly what your body needs to restore balance and relieve ill health (They aren't).
There's a saying: Give a Man a fish and you will feed him for a day, teach him how to fish and you will feed him for a lifetime.
By their own model you would continue to have those pills, and all of their side effects (Poison effects) and a dependency on them forever rather than let your body restore its natural balance, something free that your body is designed to do.
