Who has a real software factory? Do you let people w/o engineering background ship to prod (can be internal/data pipelines too)? Would love examples because the potential is obvious.
This is actually the way. A year ago we started building the GTM super app at Rippling…today we have over 2,500 internal users across sales, marketing, FDE, analytics, finance, ops powering more use cases than we could have imagined.
Our leverage wasn’t necessarily the app itself, but the mono repo that managed applications, data pipelines, jobs, storage, evals, ML models in one place. We can build new agents through Codex sessions with CLI tools to bring in external context from our warehouse, jira, docs and ship it in less than a week.
