The European Commission has rejected the equivalent to a parliamentary petition seeking to halt Non-Western migration in the EU (
@SaveEuropeAct). Estimates suggest around 20–25 million non-Europeans have entered the EU since 2015, an increase comparable to the entire population of Australia.
It's reasoning for the rejection? "Non-Western" is discriminatory under Article 21 of the EU Charter and the values of Article 2 TEU.
Is the EU now suggesting that the ethnic people of Europe are not permitted to advocate for themselves under treaty law?
