It's 98 Fahrenheit and 78 yr old Jimmy Lai is in a cell. Even in China older prisoners are given some respite, fans, even AC wards. Not Hong Kong.
- What would it cost for some decency for Jimmy, and other older prisoners, Albert Ho/Lee Cheuk Yan.
